No.
We are not real estate agents and do not receive commission from the sale or rent of a property listed on our site, newsletter or social media.
Where do you find the properties listed on your site?
We source all our listings from the hundreds of individual real estate websites throughout Europe and in many different languages.
Why feature properties under €200k?
€200k is a lot of money but for most it is “attainable” and that’s important to us. Anyone can dream of a big expensive luxury property but to realize that you can actually afford and own a beautiful home overseas is not just a dream but a reality! Not just for those close to retirement but for young families wanting to make the change, have a home in a beautiful location with money left to live your life.
Why do I see a few rentals?
Many purchasers are unsure about buying a home in a particular location. Renting for a time to understand the area before making a purchase is a good option. Rentals will go faster than sales so we offer a rental view so our fellow searchers (you) can understand the market.
Do you get paid to list properties on your site?
No. We get nothing. No commission, no listing fee. We have no contact with agent or seller.
How can I buy a property I see on your website or Instagram?
The properties you see all have links to their original listings. There you will find the contact information of the agent or sellers to start your inquiry.
How do you get paid?
The only money we make is from our premium content subscriptions. So, this site is more a labor of love and we do love it! Having a reader or subscriber find and purchase a property from our site is the greatest compliment for us.
What is your premium content subscription?
We offer many more properties for under €200k and posted to our premium pages sooner to give you a jump on the competition. The nicest properties as go fast so the faster you can act, the better chance you have.
