Hi, I'm Victor and I'm originally from the US, my wife Tetiana is from Europe. Together we love finding affordable and interesting properties all over Europe. It's been a hobby of mine since I got the travel bug more than 20 years ago. Since then, I've been searching and dreaming of overseas living.

 On my first visit to Europe, I was sold. Wherever I went I was standing where the history I had read about in books or seen in TV took place and now it was right in front of me!

 Europe captivated me with its old-world charm and I am still mesmerized me as it still does to this day.

Knowing immediately that I wanted to live in Europe when I retired, I started looking. Before the Zillow's of the world, I searched. Just to see what was possible and I was pleasantly surprised! So many affordable houses for sale or rent and in such beautiful places. When my wife Tetiana joined the mix, her European experience, coupled with my same passion and desire to locate incredible and affordable properties can help you find yours. 

Little did I know with Globalization came the opportunity to work and live anywhere in the world.  

With the dream of homeownership in the USA becoming out of reach for many, moving to Europe is a viable option not only for retirees but people of all ages.
